The future development trend should be the intelligence of the forging production process, which is the so-called intelligent forging. Single-machine equipment automation solves the problem of manual operation in some processes, but the production process still relies on human participation. The production line is rigidly automated, and the connection between unit production equipment is completed by PLC I/O hardware connection. In theory, it can get rid of dependence on manual labor.
