At 4:00 p.m. on March 14th, an inquiry call from Jingjiang, Jiangsu Province, kicked off this journey of highly tacit cooperation. The customer was preparing for the construction of a new factory and planned to launch a bolt and nut production line for sizes M24–M30, urgently needing a supporting automation solution. Engineer Zhang responded and took charge immediately. With profound expertise in the fastener industry, he elaborated on the core value of automated production in detail — from capacity improvement to labor optimization, providing professional references, and sincerely invited the customer to visit our factory for on-site inspection.
Unexpectedly, the customer’s sudden visit two days later further strengthened this trust in advance. The customer’s delegation arrived directly at our factory gate, showing recognition and expectation through action. At the workshop, the customer closely observed multiple sets of delivered fastener automation equipment and the full-line operation. Every stable process, including precise feeding, heating, temperature control, descaling, automatic forging, die and mold base design, as well as cooling and conveying, earned continuous approval from the customer. During in-depth discussions, we provided targeted explanations of customized solutions for forged fastener production lines based on the customer’s capacity requirements. We fully addressed the customer’s concerns from equipment adaptability to later operation and maintenance support, creating a warm and harmonious negotiation atmosphere.

On March 25th, good news came through an urgent call: the customer invited Engineer Zhang’s team to Jingjiang on March 27th to finalize contract details. The customer planned to sign for one bolt production line first and also hoped to discuss the overall layout planning of the nut production line simultaneously. Behind this decisiveness lay deep trust in our technical strength and service philosophy.
At 12:00 noon on March 27th, Engineer Zhang’s assistant delivered the good news of the signed order! At the customer’s new factory site, both parties quickly confirmed the contract terms and successfully signed the order for the automated bolt production line. During the meeting, the team also jointly studied the planning scheme of the full nut production line with the customer based on the factory layout drawings, offering professional advice on space utilization, process connection, and capacity matching, laying a solid foundation for further in-depth cooperation.

From the first call to on-site contract signing, it only took 13 days.
