The customized hot forging production line for hex bolts, independently configured and delivered for domestic customers, has successfully completed on-site commissioning and officially entered formal production operation. Integrating automatic heating, automatic feeding, precision hot forging forming and conveyor cooling processes, the fully automated production line achieves complete inline operation with stable equipment performance and qualified product forming quality that fully meets drawing standards. The complete hex bolt production line consists of core equipment including an automatic heating furnace, hot forging descaling machine, vertical forging press, conveyor chain and intelligent control system, realizing unmanned continuous production from raw steel bars to finished hex bolt blanks. In the loaded commissioning phase, heated steel bars were gradually put into production. Our technical team optimized core process parameters through multiple rounds of testing, including heating temperature, feeding positioning accuracy, forging striking force, die clearance and conveying rhythm. Targeted parameter matching was completed for different specifications of hex bolts by adjusting heating power, feeding speed and forging pressure, achieving ideal metal deformation and full die filling for every workpiece.
The final commissioning results verify excellent forming performance of the automatic hex bolt forging line. Mass-produced bolt blanks feature full and plump head forming, complete and clear hexagonal edges and uniform opposite-side dimensions. The bolt rod maintains good straightness with qualified concentricity between the head and rod, and the workpiece surface is free of forging defects. The production line delivers outstanding dimensional consistency and minimal batch deviation, fully complying with customer design and technical requirements. The customer’s on-site technical team fully recognized the stable equipment operation and high-quality finished products.
At present, the hex bolt hot forging production line is in stable formal operation.
