New Nut Production Line Press Machine Arrived at Factory, Installation Work Fully Launched

Recently, a key milestone was achieved for our company’s newly planned nut production line — the core press machine equipment of the production line has been successfully delivered to the factory, and unloading and initial positioning have been completed. Currently, the company’s assembly and technical personnel are carrying out installation work in an intense and orderly manner on site, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent whole-line connection.
Entering the installation site, the brand-new nut line press machine is steadily placed on the predetermined foundation. The pipelines, control cabinets and accessories to be installed are neatly arranged around it. Many employees cooperate with each other in division of labor: some are tightening anchor bolts, some are butting hydraulic pipelines, and some are connecting electrical signal lines. The on-site person in charge holds the drawings and checks the installation dimensions and interface positions one by one to ensure that each process meets the technical requirements.
According to the on-site project person in charge, the press machine delivered to the factory this time is the core forming equipment of the nut production line, undertaking the key task ofnut hot forging forming. "We operate in strict accordance with the installation guide. There are clear standards for the bolt torque, pipeline sealing and line direction of key parts. We will not rush the progress or skip steps to ensure that each installed press machine is stable."
During the installation process, the employees overcame difficulties such as the large size of the press machine and many interfaces, made rational use of auxiliary tools such as cranes and forklifts, and assembled each component in place safely and efficiently. At the same time, the technical personnel of the press machine manufacturer also provided on-site guidance and confirmed the key installation points to ensure that the press machine installation meets the design requirements.
In accordance with the project plan, after the completion of the press machine installation, the positioning of supporting equipment and the whole-line connection will be carried out one after another. At that time, auxiliary equipment such as conveyor chains, heating furnaces and descaling machines will be connected with the press machine to form a complete automatic nut forging production line. After the whole line is assembled, single-machine commissioning, linkage commissioning and trial production with materials will be carried out in turn.
