               In the production of forging disc parts, the collaborative design of the entire production line equipment directly affects the product accuracy, production efficiency and enterprise cost. This paper, in response to the forging requirements of disc parts, proposes a layout scheme of the entire production line centered on self-flanged bucket hoist, medium-frequency heating furnace, descaling machine, bilateral mechanical hand forging and conveyor, and analyzes its technical advantages and application value.

            The self-dump bucket hoist can automatically complete the feeding, flipping and positioning of the blank of disc-shaped parts, supporting compatibility for multiple specifications of workpieces. It reduces manual handling and boosts the feeding efficiency by 30%. Sensors are equipped to monitor the posture of the blank in real time, avoiding the risk of jamming. The self-dump bucket hoist is linked with the medium-frequency heating furnace to achieve "feeding and heating simultaneously", shortening the waiting time.

            The medium-frequency heating furnace adopts electromagnetic induction heating, with a heating rate of 200℃/minute. The temperature uniformity is ±5℃. A custom-made ring-shaped inductor is matched with the geometric features of the disc-shaped workpiece to achieve a radial temperature difference of less than 10℃, thereby reducing the deformation during subsequent forging.

           The 150MPa high-pressure water descaling machine uses high-pressure water jet to remove oxide scale, and it is combined with the rotating mechanism to cover the entire surface of the disc-shaped parts. The residual amount of oxide scale is less than 0.1mm, which can extend the service life of the mold by 20% and improve the surface finish of the forgings.

            The bilateral mechanical hand and the double-station servo mechanical hand synchronize to hold the workpiece and perform forging at two positions. They are linked with the forging press to achieve multi-directional forging. The positioning repeatability accuracy is ±0.2mm. It supports complex surface forming and reduces the error caused by manual intervention.

           The chain conveyor is equipped with high-temperature-resistant chains and adjustable-speed drives, enabling seamless connection throughout the process of heating, descaling, forging and cooling. It supports horizontal / inclined transportation of disc-shaped parts and can adapt to different workshop layout requirements.
