Indian Clients Visit on Monday for On-Site Inspection of Forging Production Line

Following the reception of overseas clients last weekend, our company welcomed another group of Indian clients on Monday, who paid a special visit to inspect our forging production line and nut production line on site.
Our foreign trade team, together with production and technical staff, accompanied the guests throughout the visit, demonstrating the actual operation status of the hot forging production line and the whole quality control process for fastener and nut products.
The Indian delegation arrived at the company on Monday morning. After a brief welcome exchange, the guests put on safety protective equipment and visited the forging workshop under professional guidance. The forging production line and nut production line were running at normal working rhythm.
Bar materials are heated and fed into the press machine, then formed in one step inside the mold, automatically ejected and conveyed to the blanking area. The entire production process is well-connected with stable equipment operation. The clients carefully observed the whole procedure from raw material feeding to finished nut and bolt products. They raised frequent inquiries about equipment capacity, production cycle and quality inspection methods. Our technical professionals answered all questions in detail and presented finished products as well as dimension inspection records on the spot.
According to the on-site supervisor, this integrated forging production line and nut production line is mainly used to produce hex bolts and various fastener blanks by adopting advanced hot forging technology, supporting continuous mass production. The production lines have maintained stable operation recently with a high product qualification rate.

During the visit, the clients randomly selected several newly forged workpieces to check appearance quality and compare key dimensions. They expressed great satisfaction with full forming of product heads, flawless surface condition, and all measured data within drawing tolerance standards.
