In the forging process, if the oxide scale generated is not cleaned in time, it will affect the surface finish of products, accelerate mold wear, and aggravate workshop dust pollution. As the R&D enterprise of China's first forging oxide scale cleaning machine, Litai Descaling Machine has become an indispensable equipment for modern production lines with its high-efficiency cleaning performance.

The equipment adopts a stainless steel string rod chain design, combined with a multi-layer filtration system and multiple groups of high-pressure nozzles, to achieve 360° all-round and dead-angle-free cleaning. The descaling efficiency is as high as 95% or more, effectively collecting oxide scale to avoid secondary pollution. The water tank is made of 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and not easy to rust, adapting to the high-humidity and corrosive environment of the workshop. The working pressure ranges from 1.2-3.5MPa, which can be flexibly adjusted according to the thickness of oxide scale, suitable for forgings of different specifications from Φ15mm to 120mm.

During the descaling process, the high-pressure water flow can not only completely remove the oxide scale, but also pre-cool the blank, creating favorable conditions for the subsequent forging process. The effective removal of oxide scale can significantly improve product qualification rate, extend mold service life, reduce subsequent processing allowance, and realize material reduction and consumption reduction. Two driving methods are available: variable frequency motor and servo motor, which meet the production capacity needs of different enterprises and help forging enterprises achieve green and efficient production.
