Equipped with professional hotforgingdescaling technology, the high-pressure descaling machine thoroughly removes high-temperature oxide scales on blank surfaces before forging, eliminating surface defects and ensuring clean blanks for precise forming.
After one-time precision forging, the finished bolt blanks are automatically ejected and transmitted to the conveyor chain for natural air cooling. The whole production process requires no manual contact with high-temperature workpieces. With a high degree of automation, the production line only needs staff to monitor operating parameters and conduct regular sampling inspection, effectively reducing labor costs and improving production safety.
Before official delivery, multiple rounds of load trial production and parameter optimization were completed for the production line. Key indicators such as heating temperature control, feeding positioning accuracy, forging striking force and die clearance were fully calibrated and upgraded. At present, the mass-produced bolts feature full head forming, excellent rod straightness and consistent dimensional accuracy, fully meeting the service standards of mining machinery equipment.
