LITAI’s custom-designed systems utilize 25MPa high-pressure water jet technology, completing a single descaling cycle in just 3–5 seconds with a stable removal rate of over 98%—far exceeding traditional methods.
To adapt to Vietnam’s hot and humid tropical environment, core components are made of 304 stainless steel, and the water tank features a 2mm wall thickness, providing significantly better corrosion resistance than industry standards. The four-way rotating nozzles ensure full-surface coverage of workpieces, while the three-layer filtration system achieves over 90% circulating water utilization, reducing water consumption and helping enterprises meet environmental assessment requirements.
