Equipped with a full set of refined automated workflows, the production line ensures reliable operation and consistent product quality. Starting with automatic feeding, billets are sorted and conveyed automatically to replace manual loading and cut labor costs. In the heating section, a precise temperature control system performs dual temperature measurement before and after descaling. It accurately maintains optimal forging temperature ranges to avoid forming defects caused by excessive temperature variation and secure bolt forging quality from the source.
To handle billet dimension deviations, the line is fitted with a special head‑size sorting device that automatically rejects defective billets and prevents flawed raw materials from entering forging operations. Integrated high‑pressure descaling removes oxide scale on billet surfaces, improves surface finish of forged bolts and extends die service life.
At the core forging station, dual‑joint robots perform synchronized material loading and unloading. Automated, accurate material handling with smooth motion and precise positioning eliminates human‑operation errors and greatly improves forging consistency. It accommodates distinct forming parameters for the three bolt types. After forging, finished workpieces are automatically conveyed into material bins via dedicated conveyors to finish the fully‑automated cycle with smooth process connection and high production throughput.
