Another overseas market breakthrough! Two customized intelligent forging production lines independently developed by Nanjing Litai Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. — the horizontal hydraulic long-rod bolt production line and the M27-M42 full-automatic hot forging nut production line — have completed full machine assembly, online joint commissioning and trial production acceptance. Full-automatic Hot Forging Nut Production Line
The two sets of intelligent forging equipment delivered this time include mature integrated hot forging bolt production lines and automatic nut forging equipment, specially optimized for the mass production of large-size fasteners. The delivery effectively makes up for the insufficient automatic forging capacity of large bolts and heavy-duty nuts in the local Vietnamese forging industry, marking another landmark achievement of Litai Intelligent’s in-depth layout of the Southeast Asian forging market.
The customized M27-M42 large-size automatic hot forging nut production line is professionally developed for mass production of heavy-duty high-strength nuts. It integrates full-process automatic processes including automatic bar feeding, constant-temperature induction heating, high-pressure descaling, precise temperature control, multi-station manipulator forging and automatic finished product discharging. Realizing full unmanned operation in the whole production flow, the equipment solves key industry pain points of large-size nut forging, such as excessive temperature difference, thick oxide scale, uneven forming and high manual operation difficulty. It greatly improves the dimensional precision and surface finish of large-tonnage nuts and stably guarantees high product yield.
The supporting horizontal hydraulic long-rod bolt production line is tailored for large-scale hot forging production of long-rod fasteners. Adopting hydraulic drive, the equipment features stable operation and uniform forging pressure, effectively avoiding deformation and eccentricity defects of long-rod workpieces. With high automatic linkage performance and wide compatibility, the integrated hot forging line supports the forming and processing of various specifications of long-rod fasteners.
