Recently, our custom-forged special automotive screw heading machine (ball pusher) has completed full production and commissioning procedures. Achieving an ultra-efficient full-cycle delivery including factory shipment, on-site installation and formal production, the equipment was shipped on Saturday, commissioned by our professional technicians on Sunday, and fully put into operation on Monday. This rapid implementation enables the customer to launch mass production in the shortest time, winning high recognition for our outstanding delivery efficiency and superior equipment quality.
Automotive screws are core precision components widely applied in automotive steering systems, transmission systems, seat adjustment systems and other key vehicle assemblies. They require extremely stringent standards in end forming accuracy, concentricity and surface finish. As the first and critical process of screw forging, end heading directly determines the finished product qualification rate and the overall efficiency of the entire production line.
The vertical screw heading machine delivered in this project is specially optimized for automotive screw forging scenarios, featuring high overall rigidity, stable striking force and superior forming precision. Equipped with automatic feeding and ejection devices, the equipment can achieve seamless docking with the customer’s existing intermediate frequency heating furnaces and conveyor chains, building a fully automated closed-loop production system. The entire processing workflow requires no manual contact with high-temperature workpieces, greatly improving on-site production safety while maintaining a compact and high-efficiency production rhythm.
Verified by the customer’s batch production tests, the equipment delivers perfectly formed screw blanks with no cracks, folds or other surface defects. All dimensional tolerances and concentricity indicators fully meet industry standards, realizing excellent product consistency. In addition, the machine is equipped with wear-resistant and durable molds that support quick mold replacement, enabling flexible production of multi-specification automotive screws. Its advanced lubrication system and comprehensive safety protection configuration fully comply with modern intelligent factory production requirements.
