1. Feeding system
The fully automatic washboard type loading machine can set different levels of steps according to different heights through the step-like lifting between washboards. Use variable frequency speed regulation to set the appropriate beat, so that the product can be transferred to the next actuator position (pushing and clamping position) stably and uniformly.
2. Feeding system
After being transported to the clamping and pushing position, the induction and cylinder cooperation are used so that only one bar reaches the pushing cylinder at a time, and is finally pushed to the feeding V-shaped groove. According to the corresponding beat, the feeding cylinder is used to push the products into the heating furnace in sequence.
3. Heating system
Put the workpiece into the inductor (coil). When an alternating current of a certain frequency is passed into the inductor, an alternating magnetic field will be generated around it. The electromagnetic induction of the alternating magnetic field will generate a closed induced current in the workpiece. The electrical energy of the high-density current on the surface of the workpiece is converted into thermal energy, which increases the temperature of the surface layer, thereby achieving round steel heating.
4. Sorting system
It consists of infrared thermometer, chain transmission and guide cylinder. Generally divided into high temperature, low temperature and qualified temperature, unqualified workpieces are separated to help realize automated production.
5. Industrial computer system
Record and display current working parameters and status, material parameter memory, storage, printing, forging equipment failure, automatic power reduction and constant temperature maintenance and many other powerful functions.
